  • Roast rump of beef, cooked rare to carve at the table served with Yorkshire puddings, roasted roots and seasonal greens with Chianti gravy and hot horseradish cream

  • Bonned leg of lamb to carve at the table served with rosemary roasted potatoes, sauteed cabbage, broad beans and leeks and baby carrots with red currant gravy and mint jelly

Free range chicken with lemon and tarragon   

 Pork medallions with wild mushroom, Madeira and truffle oil sauce  

Braised lamb shank on a bed of buttery mashed potato    

Monkfish with peppers, basil and Parma ham
